Glad we went to Glades!

These guys are the reason you want to buy from a small family business. We have been searching for the right Motorhome for months. Have traveled all over Florida only to be disappointed and lied to about what we drove to see. This was the only dealer that described exactly to the tee the details and conditions of the Motorhome and when we got there, it was nothing less than what was described. We were so pleased to have finally come to see a beautiful machine. The whole team was just unbelievable. Cory was the gentleman who I originally contacted and set the grounds for the deal. When we got there, Cory was not going to be able attend so Roxy showed us the coach and she was great. Treated us as if it was her deal. We were greeted with drinks, the coach was in perfect display with the slides out, jacks down, AC on, rug on the floor before the entrance. I mean we couldn’t ask for a better presentation. We have never had this kind of treatment in ANY dealer whether RV,’s, cars, or boats for that matter. And to top it off the coach was pristine. I think had we found flaws we probably wouldn’t have cared just because the presentation was so impeccable. Then to put the icing on the cake, we sit with the owner Jason. And he was also great. An honest and honorable man and kept his word about everything. Gave us all the tools we needed, warranty, service providers, contacts we would need later on, you name it. He has answers for everything. Finally when we picked up the coach, we got there and the same beautiful presentation. The service Gentleman greeted us and went they every single compartment, every button, every key and everything you can think of. I can’t say enough. This was really just an amazing experience. I highly highly recommend purchasing an RV from Glades RV. Oh! And keeps going! We decided to walk around just to see what else was in inventory. I’ve never seen such a great looking inventory. Every coach was clean, shiny, and ready to go. There were coaches there from 2008 that looked better than some 2016’s we’ve gone to see. I mean they really have the best of the best!

We had a very hard time finding our RV, dealt with a lot of dealers and were not treated well. When we saw the Grand Design online at Glade first thing my wife did was read the reviews. We were impressed. We called first thing next morning and spoke to Tom. Told him how we are 3 hours away and have had several RV's sold out from under us. He was great, told us to come on down, and we did. They treated us great from the moment we walked in the door. We did not get pressured, they answered every question. The deal was to good to turn down. We were actually excited about our purchase. Jason (the owner) could not have been nicer. They even did a few extra things that were not included in the purchase. They made this stress free, gave us a great deal. The reviews are real, they do treat you like family. We have lived in our RV for 4 months full time and love it. We have had no major problems at all. Could not be happier with our purchase. I will make that 3 hour drive again (or even further) for my next rig. I highly recommend them!

We tried to sell our RV privately. Best decision ever was to consign with Glades RV! This has to be the most professional, honest, kind and knowledgeable dealer anywhere. From the first phone call to the receipt of check (in just over 1 month!!) we had absolutely no concerns and EVERYONE we dealt with was top notch. This was our first time not doing a trade in and it was worth every minute – the price was fair and MUCH higher than any other dealer and just under what we had asked in a private sale. 3 days ago Stopped in to "Look" at a used 5th wheel we saw on Glades web site. We were treated like family. We were very lucky to find Glades RV Sales. We wanted to upgrade from a travel trailer (we loved the travel trailer) to a Class C moterhome. Found a beautiful Class C listed in RV Trader that Glades had. My wife and I drove to Glades where Roxie greeted us and gave us a run down of the camper we were interested in. She was very knowledgeable on the camper. We than met Jason the owner. Great guy. He made everything so easy. We traded our travel trailer and Ram truck and now own a Class C. A little run down, this was the forth dealer we had looked at campers at. The first 3 were so much pressure, they wanted me to buy right than, right now. I wanted to think on it, for my wife and I to talk about it. Jason and Roxie understood that. There was no pressure at this dealer at all. He had been searching for weeks in large dealerships in Lakeland, Orlando, Ocala and private owners. Some had overpriced units, dirty, damaged or poor condition ones and some salesmen that lacked knowledge of their products. It was so refreshing to him to come to Glades RV. He had called salesman Tom earlier as he was driving in from Orlando and they had the unit he wished to see with the A/C on, lights blazing and presented a sparkling clean, used unit that looked brand new. He found what he was looking for. We went into their showroom and negotiated the deal. We had a trade-in which we received a great deal on and the unit we bought was several thousand under all the competition. I don’t often write a review but this was a great total experience! I now have my dream RV, thanks to the gang! From my first phone conversation, I was confident I was dealing with Pros that would find my specific unit for me. I was patient and received calls with regular updates. I went to other dealers in the meantime on my search. No other dealers treated me with as much care and respect as Glades! So, I get a call from Ray, he tells me that the very unit I was hunting, was coming to his location that day. He held it over the weekend so I could button up the deal on the next business day. I got a great deal, a wonderful rig and made some new friends. I had a small issue over Christmas and emailed a description of my problem expecting to possibly hear back from them the following week. NOPE! I get a phone call within hours, from Ray and then the owner Jason, who solves my generator problem immediately! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

When we decided to get a motorhome to sightsee between our kids spread between CA, FL and MN, we searched the country for a Class C motorhome that checked all our boxes and found it at GladesRV. We did everything remotely from Chicago except kick the tires and drive it before signing and had a perfect experience. Roxy, our sales rep, was very responsive and never got frustrated with all my questions and details and 'can you's?' and hosted the inspector I sent there. They got me hooked up with local financing that beat all the Lending Tree offers. Owner, Jason, suggested a warranty that saved me $900 the very first time I needed some things fixed. We were so pleasantly surprised! Jason and Tom are also total pro's while being friendly and not pushy. Jason and their paperwork gal (sorry, can't remember her name!) had all the paperwork perfectly in order to get everything signed and on the road quickly; even the hassles with Illinois title and registration were taken care of. Then Tom spent about 2 hours in the sweltering August heat showing us 1st-time RVers how to operate every single feature of our new rig before we drove away. If/when we buy our next RV, I'll first check with Roxy and Jason to see if they have what I'm looking for so I can work with them again.

My experience with Jason and Roxy at Glades RV in Fort Myers was absolutely exceptional. My husband and mother recently passed away within 4 months of each other and I needed to consign my RV. Jason was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to get me a fair price that I am totally happy with and not causing any undue stress. After looking at Glades website for two months and all the great reviews, we decided to take the 5 hour drive to look at a Newmar. From the moment we arrived, we experienced customer service like no other. Roxy was our salesperson and she is the absolute best. We decided to purchase the Newmar and the rest is history. Kudos to Jason the manager who was very hands on in completing our sale and very accommodating in every aspect. I would rate 10 stars if I could. Absolutely honest, fair and people who live by their word. I would not hesitate to have them sell another rv for me. Nor would I hesitate to buy from them. They are very thorough and detailed in getting all the information on the coach. They check it to make sure all is working and correct. Once they sell, you receive it the next day. So rare to use the word honest and rv in the same sentence. Honest dealers are rare but out there and its a pleasure to find one and work with them

I just traded my 10 month old 33’ diesel pusher for a 45’ Newmar Mountain Aire. I was so lucky to have found it at Glades RV. I had the best sales and delivery experience ever. From the outset they were honest when walking through everything about the coach - if they didn’t know something they acknowledged that and came back with the answer (instead of so many other dealerships I dealt with who would tell me whatever they thought I wanted to hear - typically glossing over the negatives and exaggerating the positives). I did not live in the area and Greg (my sales associate) did an excellent job of initially going through the coach via FaceTime. I flew down to then go through it in person and perform an inspection. Jason, the owner, greeted me in person and answered all my questions regarding the details of the transaction. Their on site service technician, Tom, then went through all my inspection items. There were some issues and they resolved them all 100% to my satisfaction before I took delivery. Even after the sale I contacted them with some questions and they immediately responded (even after hours). What a refreshing experience to work with a dealership of this caliber. I would not hesitate to recommend them and I wish them the best of luck as they build out their business (the right way I might add by placing their customers first).

We tried to sell our RV privately. Best decision ever was to consign with Glades RV! This has to be the most professional, honest, kind and knowledgeable dealer anywhere. From the first phone call to the receipt of check (in just over 1 month!!) we had absolutely no concerns and EVERYONE we dealt with was top notch. 3 days ago Stopped in to "Look" at a used 5th wheel we saw on Glades web site. We were treated like family. Encouraged to take our time check it all out from end to end without a high pressure sales person there to hound us. We were very lucky to find Glades RV Sales. We wanted to upgrade from a travel trailer (we loved the travel trailer) to a Class C moterhome. Found a beautiful Class C listed in RV Trader that Glades had. My wife and I drove to Glades where Roxie greeted us and gave us a run down of the camper we were interested in. She was very knowledgeable on the camper. We than met Jason the owner. Great guy. He made everything so easy. We traded our travel trailer and Ram truck and now own a Class C. A little run down, this was the forth dealer we had looked at campers at. The first 3 were so much pressure, they wanted me to buy right than, right now. I wanted to think on it, for my wife and I to talk about it. Jason and Roxie understood that. There was no pressure at this dealer at all. Glades RV gave us the most amazing experience!!! We live in Washington State and found our BEAUTIFUL LADY 2015 Tiffin Phaeton 40ah aka... "Miss Flo Rida" on line. We went all the way to Glades RV to pick her up and drive her home. Jason, Roxy and Tom were extremely helpful! We were able to do quite a bit of the process from afar but when we met everyone and arrived to pick up they had everything ready. And my husband went through EVERY Single detail.... We just purchased a travel trailer and my hubby wanted to report about his experience with Tom and Jason. He was so impressed with this dealership and the deal he received. He had been searching for weeks in large dealerships in Lakeland, Orlando, Ocala and private owners. Some had overpriced units, dirty, damaged or poor condition ones and some salesmen that lacked knowledge of their products. It was so refreshing to him to come to Glades RV. He had called salesman Tom earlier as he was driving in from Orlando and they had the unit he wished to see with the A/C on, lights blazing and presented a sparkling clean, used unit that looked brand new. He found what he was looking for. We went into their showroom and negotiated the deal. We had a trade-in which we received a great deal on and the unit we bought was several thousand under all the competition.
